[MCN-L] Virtualization

My institution now uses it for setting up development and testing
environments, but minimizes its use in production environments because of
performance issues. It's probably okay to use in most production
environments, but I wouldn't recommend it for processor-intensive stuff,
like jpeg2000 delivery.
